Job summary

Insideoutva is seeking a full-time Social Media & Operations Assistant for a remote role (LATAM / South Africa) to own social media execution, lead tracking, and operational priorities for a Florida-based home services provider. You will produce short-form videos from field footage using CapCut and Canva, manage CRM records in Jobber, and ensure deadlines are met by coordinating with the owner.

• 2–3+ years of proven experience in social media management, short-form video editing, or digital executive assistance.
• Advanced proficiency with Canva and CapCut; a portfolio of past video/design work is required.

Responsibilities

• Creative Social Media Management (Primary Focus): Script, edit, and produce engaging short-form videos and static graphics from raw job site footage using CapCut and Canva; maintain content calendar; deploy weather-triggered marketing; manage community engagement (DMs, comments).
• Backend Operations & Lead Tracking: Organize client records, track unreached leads, and maintain data in Jobber CRM; coordinate COIs and SOPs.
• Proactive Upward Management: Monitor owner workload, help prioritize urgent items, drive accountability on approvals and deliverables.
