Partner Company is seeking a Social Media Marketing Assistant for a fully remote US-based role. You will support content planning, trend research, and performance tracking across major platforms, collaborating with managers, editors, and designers.

You will engage with audiences, maintain brand voice, and help prepare client reports while coordinating calendars and assets. Growth into social media management and client leadership is encouraged.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of practical experience in social media marketing or related field.
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Meta tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing content scripts, hooks, and concepts for IG, TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
• Coordinate with editors and designers to move content through production workflows.
• Monitor comments and engage with audiences to maintain brand voice.
• Identify emerging trends and contribute ideas for engaging content.
• Collect and analyze weekly metrics and support client reports.
• Identify content patterns to refine strategies based on performance.
• Maintain content calendars and asset libraries using Notion, Basecamp, and similar tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet deadlines and resolve issues.
