VisitorsCoverage is seeking a full-time Social Media Manager to own our social media strategy. Remote candidates in the US with PST overlap encouraged to apply.

You will lead content creation, community management, and cross-functional collaboration to grow brand awareness and loyalty across platforms like TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube and X. The role requires a strong track record of brand-facing social media, data-driven decision making, and staying ahead of trends

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
• 5+ years Social Media experience, specifically TikTok, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and X.
• Knowledge and Experience with the latest Social Media marketing trends and practices.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to manage effectively within a remote, multi-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategy across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.
• Create, curate, and publish compelling content (text, image, and video) that aligns with brand voice and goals.
• Monitor and respond to social media conversations, feedback, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyze social media metrics and insights to measure performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, customer service, etc.) to integrate social media into broader campaigns and initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to continuously improve social media strategy and tactics.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and optimization.
• Build and maintain relationships with social media influencers and partners to amplify brand messaging and reach new audiences.
• Identify and manage potential social media risks and crises, including developing and implementing response plans.
• Train and educate internal teams on social media best practices and guidelines, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
