Zusammenfassung

Tailored Management is seeking a Brand Social Manager to lead our social presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn. This remote, 12-month contract role centers on building a strong organic brand voice and cross-channel strategy.

You will work with the Marketing team to align campaigns, develop social playbooks, and drive licensing and B2B social initiatives while coordinating with content vendors to ensure consistent brand expression.

Aufgaben

• Oversee and maintain existing brand channels across platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Lead organic brand social & creator strategy supporting evergreen, seasonal, programming, and revenue products
• Review local marketing plans to align with the broader organic social strategy and creative north star
• Collaborate on new channel launches to support existing and new locations
• Support House priorities including SEO / long-form editorial distribution and promotion
• Lead title-specific and seasonal campaign social strategy and oversee go-to-market plan phases (tease, reveal, launch, sustain)
• Lead social strategy and creative direction from both title and brand perspectives
• Manage on-going social agencies and ad-hoc content vendors for end-to-end production
• Approve monthly creative concepts and asset allocation prior to production
• Ensure prioritization of LTO and recurring programming with Experience Marketing
• Partner with Ops and Local Marketing teams to support on-site activations and events on social
• Expand focus on LinkedIn and B2B social strategy with HRBP, Employer Brand, and GMs
• Collaborate with licensees on audience targeting, creative formats, and distribution, and develop social playbooks for franchise titles and licensed experiences
• Support Tailored Management with a broad benefits package and employee-focused initiatives
