Pavago is hiring an Inbound Marketing Manager to build a content-driven B2B lead generation engine from a remote position in the United States. Qualifications

Hands-on LinkedIn content strategy experience.
Proven ability to generate inbound leads or pipeline from organic content.
Excellent copywriting, hooks, storytelling, and messaging skills.
Analytical mindset to optimize based on performance.
Comfortable working independently during U.S. business hours.

Responsibilities

Create high-performing LinkedIn posts, hooks, carousels, and thought leadership content.
Develop content that attracts high-intent B2B prospects and converts into conversations.
Turn comments, profile views, engagement, and inbound messages into sales conversations.
Build simple funnels: content → engagement → conversation → booked calls.
Collaborate with the founder on messaging, positioning, and lead quality.
