RethinkFirst is seeking a Social Media Specialist to manage organic social programs across RethinkBH, RethinkCare, RethinkEd, and RethinkFirst. You will translate priorities into clear content, manage publishing and community activity, and use performance insights to strengthen future work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–4 years of experience supporting organic social media.
• Strong writing and editing skills with ability to adapt voice for audiences.
• Hands-on experience with Sprout Social or Hootsuite and other tools.

Responsabilités

• Draft platform-appropriate copy, briefs, executive posts, and short-form content.
• Publish and schedule content, maintain links and tagging, perform quality checks.
• Collaborate with Brand, Content, Demand Gen, Product Marketing, and leaders to translate plans into social content.
• Respond to issues promptly while following brand and privacy guidelines.
• Track performance and suggest adjustments to topics, formats, cadence, and distribution.
• Stay current on platform changes and audience behavior, test new approaches.
