RethinkFirst is seeking a Social Media Specialist to execute organic social programs across RethinkBH, RethinkCare, RethinkEd, and RethinkFirst. The role translates priorities into clear, engaging content; manages publishing and community activity; and uses performance insights to strengthen future work.

The ideal candidate is a strong writer with experience adapting voice by platform, audience, and business objective, and is comfortable collaborating across teams in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in marketing or related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience with organic social media.
• Strong writing with samples showing voice adaptation for different audiences.
• Experience with major social platforms and scheduling/listening tools.
• Ability to collaborate with designers, content partners, subject-matter experts, and senior stakeholders remotely.
• Experience in healthcare/behavioral health/education tech/ or B2B software.
• Experience developing short-form video concepts.

Responsabilités

• Manage the enterprise social media calendar across priority channels.
• Draft platform-appropriate copy, creative briefs, executive posts, and short-form content.
• Publish and schedule content, maintain accurate links and tagging, and perform final quality checks.
• Collaborate with Creative and Brand, Content, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and business-unit leaders to translate plans into content.
• Respond to issues promptly while following brand, privacy, and escalation guidelines.
• Track channel and content performance, identify insights, and recommend adjustments.
• Stay current on platform changes, audience behavior, and emerging formats, testing new approaches.
• Maintain organized content, approvals, and reporting records for stakeholders.
