RethinkFirst seeks a Social Media Specialist to execute organic social programs across RethinkBH, RethinkCare, RethinkEd, and RethinkFirst. Translate priorities into clear, engaging content; manage day-to-day publishing and community activity; use performance insights to strengthen future work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience supporting organic social media for a company, agency, or mission-driven organization.
• Strong writing and editing skills with ability to adapt voice and format for audiences.
• Hands-on experience with major social platforms and a scheduling or listening tool.
• Able to collaborate with designers, content partners, subject-matter experts, and senior stakeholders remotely.
• Experience in healthcare, education tech, HR tech, or B2B software.
• Experience developing short-form video concepts or repurposing content.
• Familiarity with accessibility and privacy considerations for social content.

Responsabilités

• Manage the enterprise social media calendar across priority channels for multiple business lines and campaigns.
• Draft platform-appropriate copy, briefs, executive posts, and short-form content.
• Publish and schedule content, ensure links and tagging accuracy, and perform final quality checks.
• Collaborate with Creative, Brand, Content, Demand Gen, Product Marketing, and leaders to translate plans into content.
• Respond or route issues promptly while following brand, privacy, and escalation guidelines.
• Track channel performance, derive insights, and adjust topics, formats, cadence, and distribution.
• Stay current on platform changes and testing opportunities to support goals.
• Maintain organized content, approvals, and reporting records for stakeholders.
