Qualifications

• Proven experience in growing social media and driving engagement.
• Experience managing paid media budgets.
• Strong SEO & SEM fundamentals.
• Analytical mindset using GA4, Meta Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Strong copywriting skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Create and schedule posts and write compelling copy aligned with brand voice.
• Manage community engagement and grow followers while improving engagement rates.
• Plan and manage paid campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads).
• Implement on-page SEO basics and oversee SEM campaigns.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide monthly reporting and insights.
