Job summary

Coalition Technologies is seeking a skilled Social Media Manager to lead client campaigns from strategy to execution in a fully remote role.

You will craft engaging content, analyze results, and adapt to trends while managing both B2B and B2C accounts across major platforms. Strong writing, editing, and communications skills are essential.

Base pay ranges from $15 to $35 per hour, with performance-based incentives and a flexible, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media platforms.
Strong understanding of audience types and social media best practices to optimize engagement and traffic.
2+ years of experience building social presence for global consumer brands.
Experience handling social media for both B2B and B2C clientele.
Track record of building strong social momentum for brands.
Working knowledge of blogging ecosystem relevant to the field.
Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills.
Openness to feedback and collaboration from management and others.

Responsibilities

Creating and distributing engaging written or graphic content (e-newsletters, web pages, blog posts, social media messages).
Use data to develop and measure marketing program performance.
Research opportunities for new social platforms and adapt processes for client needs.
Stay up-to-date with technologies and trends in social media and design tools.
