Help for Heroes is seeking a Social Media Executive – Community to turn conversations into connections and grow our online community. You will shape responses, manage our social calendar, and collaborate with the Digital Assistant to execute the strategy across channels.

You will bring strong social media expertise, experience with TikTok and analytics tools, and a collaborative, proactive approach. Remote work with occasional UK travel is offered, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day community management across social channels.

• Manage social boosting budget and monitor performance against targets.
