Job summary

Autocar, LLC is seeking a Regional Service Manager to lead service delivery and customer satisfaction across assigned dealerships and customers. The role involves troubleshooting, coordinating with Autocar Solutions Team, and ensuring service performance meets quality standards.

You will develop dealer relationship strategies, align with regional managers, and drive service excellence through collaboration with engineering and service departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3–5 years related experience required.
• CDL Class B required.
• ASE Certification or ability to obtain required.
• Cummins Certification preferred.
• Allison Certification preferred.
• Autocar Master Technician Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service delivery performance and customer satisfaction for the region.
• Assist dealerships and customers with troubleshooting and repair issues.
• Track and report product/technical issues with Autocar Solutions Team.
• Advise dealers on improving service operations and staffing with Autocar trained techs.
• Build strong relationships at all levels of the customer organization.
• Collaborate with Regional Business Managers and National Account Sales.
• Coordinate with engineering and service departments to meet performance specs.
• Manage cost-effective travel schedules and other duties as assigned.
