Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Business Development Manager (Remote-Southern California Based) to drive Inclusive Collection sales with travel industry partners across a multi-state territory. The role collaborates with North America and Global Field Sales, delivering product trainings, fostering advisor engagement, and growing brand partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in sales or marketing, strong presentation skills, and the ability to travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years equivalent experience in sales/marketing.
• 2–3+ years in field sales or business development within travel industry.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% (domestic & international).

Responsibilities

• Drive Inclusive Collection sales within assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain agency relationships and partners.
• Deliver product trainings via in-person events, calls, webinars.
• Escort travel advisor FAM trips and represent at industry events.
• Manage regional budget to drive ROI and optimize spend.
• Collaborate with tour operators and internal teams.
