Unosquare, Inc. seeks a Security Operations Center Analyst to monitor, triage, and respond to security events in a remote role serving US Central Time business hours. You will work with the Cyber Defense team to support investigations and improve detection capabilities.

The role offers exposure to enterprise security tools, SOC playbooks, and ongoing training, with on-call rotations and collaboration across IT teams.

Formación

• Entry-level candidates welcome for security operations exposure.
• Foundational security concepts and attack methods awareness.
• English level B2 or higher to communicate findings.
• Smartphone with MFA apps meeting security standards required.
• Ability to follow processes and escalate appropriately.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor security alerts from SIEM, endpoint protection, email security, and other tools.
• Perform initial triage of potential incidents and escalate per SOPs.
• Assist with phishing analysis, malware triage, and basic threat hunting.
• Document security events, investigations, and remediation steps in the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to validate findings and improve detection.
• Follow SOC playbooks and SOPs to keep response actions consistent.
• Participate in on-call rotation and ongoing security training.
