The role emphasizes structured handoffs, shift coverage, and a blend of automation and human analysis to improve detection and response. Remote work from the United States with EST hours is required.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in security operations, incident response, or systems administration with a security focus.
• Experience investigating and responding to identity, endpoint, and email-based threats in Microsoft 365 environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor client environments for security threats using SIEM, EDR, identity protection, and email security platforms.
• Triage alerts and determine true positives, benign activity, or tuning opportunities.
• Contain and remediate threats using approved automation workflows and playbooks.
