Job summary

STERRY, a fast-paced growth marketing agency, seeks an SMS/Email Marketing Manager who lives and breathes email marketing and lifecycle campaigns. This role focuses on retaining customers, increasing lifetime value and building automated flows for welcome, onboarding, abandon cart, win-back, and re-engagement.

You'll segment audiences, personalize messaging, analyze metrics, and collaborate with creative and account teams to deliver results for ecommerce and SaaS brands.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM, retention marketing, or lifecycle marketing.
• Proven experience managing and optimizing automated email campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute email retention strategies that increase engagement and lifetime value.
• Build and optimize automated email flows (welcome, onboarding, nurture, abandoned cart, win-back, re-engagement).
• Segment audiences and personalize messaging based on behavior and lifecycle stage.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze metrics like open rates, CTRs, conversions, retention, churn.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve email content, subject lines, timing, and journeys.
• Collaborate with creative, content, design, and account teams to deliver campaigns for multiple clients.
• Stay ahead of email marketing trends, deliverability best practices, and CRM innovations.
