You will craft and review realistic scenarios spanning production, procurement, quality, and warehouse workflows.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in manufacturing or supply chain roles, native Assamese with strong English, and the ability to work autonomously.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Operations, Production Management, Engineering, Procurement, or Supply Chain Operations
• Background in Purchasing & Procurement, Production Supervision, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Inventory Control, Warehouse Operations, Logistics Coordination, or Manufacturing Operations
• Native-level Assamese with strong professional English proficiency

Responsibilities

• Design realistic Manufacturing and Industrial Operations scenarios in Assamese or English grounded in Indian operational contexts (e.g., production workflows, procurement coordination, quality control, industrial maintenance, process optimization, warehouse operations, shipping and receiving activities)
• Adapt structured evaluation rubrics for operational problem-solving, engineering analysis, inventory coordination, and production management tasks
• Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, operational efficiency, safety awareness, and industrial realism
• Contribute to “gold standard” solutions reflecting best practices across Indian manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain operations
