Job summary

LILT invites experienced Manufacturing and Industrial Operations professionals to design and review realistic AI benchmarking scenarios across Indian manufacturing contexts. You will craft workflows in Odia or English, spanning production, procurement, quality control, and logistics, to test AI responses.

As a 1099 contractor, you set your schedule and work remotely, contributing to cutting-edge language technology while expanding your portfolio with diverse, real-world operations projects.

Qualifications

• Native-level Odia with strong professional English proficiency.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Operations, Production Management, Engineering, Procurement, or Supply Chain Operations.
• Background in Purchasing & Procurement, Production Supervision, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Inventory Control, Warehouse Operations, Logistics Coordination, or Manufacturing Operations.
• Strong understanding of industrial workflows, safety standards, production processes, procurement procedures, and Indian manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic Manufacturing and Industrial Operations scenarios in Odia or English grounded in Indian operational contexts.
• Adapt structured evaluation rubrics for operational problem-solving, engineering analysis, inventory coordination, and production management tasks.
• Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, operational efficiency, safety awareness, and industrial realism.
• Contribute to “gold standard” solutions reflecting best practices across Indian manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain operations.
