Job summary

SnappiSites is hiring an Account Executive to close deals with small businesses. You will own discovery calls, position Snappi packages, and close from 1–3 calls. We provide qualified meetings and a pure commission structure.

Expect 6–10 discovery and demo calls daily, pipeline management in SnappiFactory, and growth toward Sales Manager. Remote US or hybrid in Tampa, Ormond Beach, or Charleston; uncapped earnings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle SMB or mid-market sales.
• Quota attainment history on target or above.
• Comfortable closing in 1–3 calls.
• Strong discovery instincts.
• Confident working on commission-only compensation.

Responsibilities

• Run 6–10 discovery and demo calls per day from sourced pipeline.
• Position the right package and close most deals on the first or second call.
• Manage your pipeline in SnappiFactory with accurate forecasting.
• Coach your assigned SDR on qualification and handoffs.
• Hit monthly revenue targets and protect customer experience post-close.
