Yelp seeks a Sales Manager for SMB Outbound Sales in a remote-capable role. You will lead a team of 10-15 inside sales reps, drive high-volume outbound activity, coach performance, and push to exceed quarterly revenue targets across the East and Midwest regions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years developing and managing inside sales teams in high-volume environments.
• Experience selling digital products to SMBs and using Salesforce CRM.
• Proven success leading teams with a focus on activity and quota attainment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of 10-15 Account Executives in a high-volume outbound environment.
• Drive daily outbound activity and ensure KPIs are met or exceeded.
• Provide hands-on coaching via call reviews, shadowing, and 1:1s to improve close rates.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, high-performance culture focused on accountability and growth.
• Facilitate meetings, trainings, and performance check-ins to drive results.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to improve conversions and revenue.
• Communicate Yelp products, pricing, and policies clearly to clients.
• Utilize internal tools to research, draft proposals, analyze data, and overcome objections.
