Qualifications

• 1 year B2B account management, inside sales, or customer service with a sales component.

• Manage inbound calls and proactive outreach to prevent cancellations.
• Document interactions and use WM sales tools accurately (Salesforce, Pricing Tools).
• Negotiate and reach mutually beneficial agreements aligned with growth objectives.
