Job summary

RGP is seeking a Smartsheet Configuration Consultant to design, build, and optimize Smartsheet environments that enable scalable execution, transparent reporting, and governance. This remote role focuses on translating business needs into intuitive Smartsheet solutions adopted by teams.

The candidate will configure DataMesh and Pivot App solutions, maintain data integrity across multiple sources, and lead governance with scalable access controls and robust documentation.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years designing and building Smartsheet solutions.
• Demonstrated experience translating business requirements into Smartsheet designs and builds.
• Hands-on Smartsheet configuration across sheets, projects, forms, dashboards, reports, and automation workflows.
• Hands-on experience configuring DataMesh solutions.
• Hands-on experience configuring Pivot App solutions.
• Experience designing structured data models and managing large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, configure, and administer Smartsheet solutions (sheets, reports, dashboards, forms, Dynamic View, Pivot App, DataMesh, automation).
• Translate business requirements into scalable Smartsheet designs and data models.
• Manage large datasets while ensuring data integrity within Smartsheet limits.
• Configure and support DataMesh and Pivot App solutions.
• Develop cross-sheet formulas, workflows, reports, and dashboards; implement data-quality controls.
• Establish role-based access and governance for large user populations.
