Job summary

CRC Group is seeking an Account Executive to retain and grow a portfolio of small employer group clients. The role focuses on maintaining client relationships with insureds and broker partners, renewing accounts, and cross-selling coverages.

A Life & Health license is required and mid-Atlantic group benefits knowledge is highly preferred. This is a fully remote position for a candidate with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Active Life & Health License is required.
• Associates degree preferred; two years in small group employee health benefits.
• Strong knowledge of carrier plan features, benefits, and underwriting guidelines.
• Experience with a broker or carrier in group health benefits is ideal.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook; comfortable with browsers.

Responsibilities

• Represent company services to maintain client relationships and drive growth.
• Manage renewal processes for assigned clients.
• Present renewal options and support documents to clients or producers.
• Provide information on carrier procedures and product availability.
• Follow up on service issues and renewals in a timely manner.
• Build relationships with clients and carriers by phone, email, and in person.
• Educate customers about available tools and resources at renewal.
• Seek cross-selling opportunities for additional coverages.
• Conduct group meetings/webinars to educate customers about services.
