Job summary

CRC Insurance Services, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to retain and grow co-broker small employer group accounts. You will maintain relationships with clients and carriers, present renewals, and support market options for customers.

Remote role requiring strong knowledge of MidAtlantic group benefits, active Life & Health license, and excellent communication within a fast-growing organization.

Qualifications

• Active Life & Health license required.
• Associates degree preferred with 2+ years in small group benefits.
• Strong knowledge of carrier plan features, benefits and underwriting guidelines.
• Experience with group health insurance in a broker or carrier setting.
• MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and modern browsers.
• Effective communication with internal/external stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent company services professionally to support growth.
• Manage renewal processes for assigned clients.
• Present renewals and options to clients/producers.
• Provide information on carrier procedures and product availability.
• Follow up on service issues and renewals.
• Maintain key client and carrier relationships by phone/email/in person.
• Enroll clients in Employee Benefits tools and demonstrations.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and new coverage lines.
• Conduct group meetings/webinars to educate customers.
