CRC Insurance Services, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to retain co-broker small employer group accounts by nurturing client relationships and advising on coverage options.

This role requires an active Life & Health license and strong knowledge of MidAtlantic group benefits, with a broker background preferred. The position is fully remote, with a focus on managing a high-volume book of business, multitasking, and collaborative teamwork.

Qualifications

• Active Life & Health license required.
• Two+ years of experience in small group employee health benefits.
• Strong knowledge of carrier plan features, benefits and underwriting guidelines.
• Experience with a group health insurance broker or carrier preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office; good written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Represent Company services professionally to maintain sales growth and relationships with clients.
• Manage renewal processes for assigned clients.
• Present renewals and support documents to gain acceptance or market options.
• Provide information on carrier procedures and product availability.
• Follow up on service issues and renewals.
• Maintain client and carrier relationships by phone, email and in person.
• Educate clients on services and introduce new resources at renewal.
• Seek cross-selling opportunities and suggest new lines of coverage.
• Conduct meetings/webinars to educate customers on services.
