Job summary

CRC Benefits is seeking an Account Executive for a fully remote position in the United States, focusing on the Maryland/Virginia small group market. The candidate will maintain client relationships with brokers and carriers, manage renewals, and educate clients on available benefits options.

Ideal candidates hold an active Life & Health license and have 2+ years of small group benefits experience, preferably with a broker background.

Qualifications

Active Life & Health license required.
Two years of experience in small group employee health benefits preferred.
Strong knowledge of carrier plan features, benefits and underwriting guidelines.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and web browsers.

Responsibilities

Represent CRC Benefits services to maintain and grow client relationships.
Manage the renewal process for assigned clients.
Present renewal options to clients and coordinate with producers to gain market acceptance.
Provide information on carrier procedures and product availability, guiding selection of group products.
Follow up on service issues and renewals.
Enroll clients in Employee Benefits communication tools and demonstrate tool usage.
Develop cross-selling opportunities and introduce new coverage options.
Conduct group meetings/webinars to educate clients about services.
Maintain knowledge of Company products and processes and how clients interact with them.
Listen to client ideas, resolve conflicts, and provide timely feedback.
