CRC Group’s CRC Benefits is hiring a remote Account Executive in the United States to retain small employer group accounts by nurturing client relationships and broker collaborations. A Life & Health license and Mid-Atlantic experience are essential for consideration.

The role focuses on renewals, cross-selling, and educating clients about available group products while leveraging a team-based approach to drive satisfaction and growth in a fast-growing organization.

Formación

• Active Life & Health License is required.
• Associates degree preferred with at least two years of small group employee health benefits experience.
• Strong knowledge of carrier plan features, benefits and underwriting guidelines.
• Experience with group health insurance broker or carrier is beneficial.
• Proficient in MS Office; able to communicate with all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Company services professionally to maintain sales and growth with clients.
• Manage renewal process for assigned clients.
• Meet with clients to present renewals and options to go to market if needed.
• Provide info on carrier procedures and product availability.
• Follow up on service issues and renewals.
• Build and maintain client and carrier relationships via phone, email and in person.
• Enroll clients in Employee Benefits communication tools and train users.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and new lines of coverage.
• Conduct group meetings/webinars to educate customers on services.
• Maintain knowledge of company products and processes and client interactions.
• Develop knowledge of insurance markets, products, and regulatory environments.
• Listen to client ideas, resolve conflicts, and provide timely feedback.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to customer satisfaction.
