Job summary

CRC Benefits, part of CRC Group, seeks a Benefits Sales Executive (Remote) licensed in Tennessee to expand broker partnerships and drive revenue growth. The role focuses on promoting BenefitMall capabilities, educating agents on carrier options, and coordinating sales activity in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of group insurance products and benefits services.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook; web browsers (Chrome).
• Active Life & Health license required or must be obtained within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Be the main liaison with broker firms and grow broker headcount.
• Develop revenue growth strategies with agents to increase sales activity and product mix.
• Coordinate sales/retention activities in a team environment and ensure smooth benefit selling experiences.
• Market to agents/brokers to drive client adoption of BenefitMall capabilities and services.
