Job summary

Behavioral Health Works is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for remote opportunities. You will evaluate, develop, and oversee individualized speech and language treatment plans, working with BCBAs and clinical team to support communication, social language, and functional skills.

Responsibilities include assessments, updating treatment plans, direct therapy, parent coaching, documentation, and collaboration in interdisciplinary care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders.
• Active state SLP licensure and ASHA CCC-SLP (or Clinical Fellowship eligibility).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations and reassessments.
• Develop, monitor, and update individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy targeting speech, language, and social communication goals.
• Collaborate with and train parents/caregivers to support treatment goals.
• Partner with BCBAs and clinical staff to ensure cohesive, interdisciplinary care.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting in the electronic health record system.
• Participate in team meetings, mentorship opportunities, and professional development.
