We deliver personalized, evidence-based services for children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our multidisciplinary team—including BCBAs, Case Supervisors, Behavior Technicians, and SLPs—collaborates closely with families to create treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs, blending principles of Applied Behavior Analysis with speech and language best practices.
Reporting directly to the Clinical Director, the SLP evaluates, develops, and oversees individualized speech and language treatment plans. You'll work collaboratively with BCBAs and clinical team members while providing high-quality, data-driven therapy to support communication, social language, and functional skills.
Required: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders; active state SLP licensure and ASHA CCC-SLP (or Clinical Fellowship eligibility); strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Preferred: Experience working with children with ASD; familiarity with ABA-based or interdisciplinary treatment environments; experience providing parent coaching and caregiver education.
