Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active state SLP licensure and ASHA CCC-SLP (or CFY eligibility).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and reassessments.
• Develop, monitor, and update individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy for speech, language, and social communication goals.
• Coach and train parents/caregivers to support treatment goals.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical staff for cohesive care.
• Ensure accurate documentation in the EHR system.
• Participate in team meetings, mentoring, and professional development.
