Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services, through its SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care division, seeks dedicated clinicians to join a growing team delivering behavioral health services across settings.

This role supports youth and adults with ASD, IDD, or mental illness, offering remote work options when not in sessions, a flexible schedule, opportunities for advancement, and a strong emphasis on work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and present information clearly.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Must hold a Doctoral or Master's degree in psychology/counseling and BCBA certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral treatment to clients using replacement skills and social skills training.
• Conduct functional analyses and behavioral assessments, and report results.
• Train staff in Positive Behavior Support and participate in interdisciplinary teams.
