Job summary

Rotech Healthcare is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator for our Sleep Central (After Hours Call Center) Murray, KY Operations. You will contact patients regarding delivery of equipment, take patient orders, verify information and place orders promptly.

Pay is $16 per hour plus a quarterly bonus opportunity. This remote role requires strong English communication, data entry accuracy, and the ability to handle after-hours calls from patients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Background in medical field preferred.
• Experience with medical equipment preferred.
• Familiarity with medical billing processes preferred.
• Minimum of one year of related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contact patients about equipment delivery and verify orders.
• Take patient orders and enter into On-line Pharmacy system.
• Verify patient information and reschedule shipments.
• Obtain medically necessary documentation.
• Handle outbound calls as needed.
• Support after-hours call center operations.
