Job summary

Beacon Biosignals is seeking a Sleep Study Support Specialist to join the SleepView Direct department. This second-shift, primarily remote role involves delivering timely, accurate, and compassionate support throughout the sleep testing process, with occasional on-site meetings as needed.

You will provide empathetic phone support, assist patients before and after overnight studies, document interactions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth scheduling and patient care

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a sleep center, clinical/technical support, or other customer/patient-facing environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with empathy and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• HIPAA requirements and PHI handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, empathetic phone support to patients, customers, and stakeholders.
• Support patients with equipment coverage, troubleshooting, and assistance before/after overnight studies.
• Answer questions and provide clear information on services, scheduling, testing, and next steps.
• Document patient and customer interactions with thorough notes and required follow-ups.
• Make and monitor outbound calls to patients and customers as needed.
• Schedule and coordinate patient testing with accurate documentation.
• Maintain accurate records in line with procedures and HIPAA.
