Job summary

Beacon Biosignals seeks a Sleep Study Support Specialist to join the SleepView Direct team. This second-shift, primarily remote role supports patients and customers with scheduling, testing, and troubleshooting while ensuring HIPAA-compliant handling of PHI.

You will document interactions, collaborate cross-functionally, and provide empathetic service. 2+ years in sleep or patient-facing roles is required; RPSGT/CCSH certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sleep center, clinical/technical support, or patient-facing environment.
• RPSGT or CCSH certification preferred.
• Experience communicating with patients or customers by phone.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to work remotely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, empathetic, and effective phone support to patients, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Help patients before and after overnight studies, including scheduling and troubleshooting.
• Answer questions about services, testing, and next steps with clarity.
• Document patient and customer interactions accurately and maintain records.
• Make and monitor outbound calls as needed and ensure timely follow-up.
• Coordinate scheduling and documentation of study information.
