Job summary

Beacon Biosignals is seeking a Services Specialist to support the SleepView Direct department. This first-shift, primarily remote role involves delivering excellent patient and customer experiences through scheduling, communication, and problem solving.

Occasional on-site meetings may be required to coordinate care and testing workflows. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate documentation, timely responses, and compassionate support throughout the sleep testing process,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, patient services, healthcare, call center, scheduling, or other patient-facing environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, empathetic phone support to patients, customers, and stakeholders.
• Schedule and coordinate patient testing while documenting study information.
• Make and monitor outbound calls to patients and customers as needed.
• Monitor test scheduling and return calls to ensure timely support.
• Provide patient support including equipment coverage and troubleshooting before/after studies.
• Answer questions with clear, accurate information on services and next steps.
• Take thorough notes documenting interactions and follow-up needed.
• Complete daily tasks within established timeframes.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and protect PHI.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and support operational goals.
