Job summary

Openlane seeks a Skip Trace Coordinator to coordinate investigative methods (skip trace) to locate client debtors and collateral. You will perform daily skip trace activities, maintain accounts, and update clients and PAR management.

You’ll build relationships with recovery vendors and manage vendor contracts while producing timely reports. The role requires strong organization, communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with knowledge of FDCPA and data privacy

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of skip trace experience preferred.
• 1–3 years in repossession or collections preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer skip trace methods to locate debtors and collateral.
• Maintain a large inventory of accounts and provide client updates.
• Develop relationships with recovery vendors and maintain vendor contracts.
• Prepare daily production reports and communicate results.
