Qualifications

• Experience in skip tracing or automotive collections preferred.
• Ability to use internet resources, databases and office software to locate individuals.
• Clear communication and strong problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Autonomy within a supervisory framework and goal-oriented mindset.
• Fast typist with attention to detail and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Perform skip-tracing activities in accordance with laws and company processes.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls, locate customers and assets, and document activity.
• Coordinate with repossession agents and client banks to progress cases.
• Maintain accurate account notes and timely reporting to managers.
• Utilize various data sources to locate vehicles subject to repossession.
