You will conduct virtual consultations, guide treatment plans, and help clients achieve their skin health goals with empathy and clear communication.

The role requires a dermatology/esthetics background, 4+ years in client-facing skincare, and proficiency with virtual tools and CRM for secure documentation and follow-up.

Qualifications

• Degree in Dermatology, Esthetics, or related field, or equivalent certification.
• Minimum 4 years in client-facing skincare role (esthetician, skin therapist, or consultant).
• Deep understanding of skin types and treatments; strong remote communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual skin assessments and consultations via video calls or secure messaging.
• Provide tailored skincare product and routine recommendations based on client needs.
• Educate clients on ingredients, techniques and treatment benefits.
• Track progress, follow up, and adjust recommendations as needed.
• Stay updated with dermatology advances and skincare trends.
• Maintain confidential client records in CRM.
