Job summary

Clarins is seeking a Remote Temporary Customer Care Advisor in the United States. The role focuses on delivering superior care for Clarins.com customers across email, chat, and phone, from a home-based setup during East Coast hours.

You'll handle high volumes with empathy, applying brand knowledge to resolve issues, manage orders, and support loyalty programs, always aiming for a boutique customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Client Service experience in a contact center or in-store environment.
• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• Experience in Beauty or Retail is a plus.
• Ability to manage end customers and handle multiple contacts.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of customer service and beauty advice via email, phone, and chat.
• Resolve guests’ issues promptly with empathy and product knowledge.
• Advise on shipping, returns, replacements, loyalty accounts, orders, and special offers.
