Job summary

Clarins Group is seeking a Temporary Customer Care Advisor to provide the highest level of service for Clarins.com US and Canada. This remote role is based in the United States and requires availability for East Coast hours, with a 40-hour workweek and potential weekend coverage.

You will handle multi-channel inquiries, delivering expert beauty guidance and efficient issue resolution to elevate the online shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year Client Service experience in a contact center or in-store.
• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• Previous relevant experience in Beauty or Retail.
• Proficient with SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, DemandWare & Zendesk.
• Capacity to manage end customers across multiple channels.
• Strong written and verbal communications.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of customer service & beauty advice through email, telephone, and chat.
• Listen, understand & resolve guests’ issues promptly with empathy and product knowledge.
• Be the first point of contact for shipping issues, returns and loyalty questions.
• Adapt customer care approach to different profiles while maintaining 5-star service.
• Meet SLAs, CSAT, and NPS targets for timely resolutions.
