Shared Ice Services is seeking a Talent Sourcing Specialist to support our recruiting team during a period of high hiring demand. This contractor role focuses on candidate search, resume review, and building pipelines for Journeyman Welders and Shipfitters in Everett, WA.

You will identify qualified candidates using Indeed, LinkedIn, ATS, and resume databases; hand them to recruiters, and maintain clean, organized candidate records across pipelines.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of recruiting or related experience.
• Ability to search resumes against defined job requirements.
• Experience sourcing with Indeed, LinkedIn, an ATS, resume databases.
• Working knowledge of Boolean search techniques.
• Experience in skilled-trade, manufacturing, maritime, shipbuilding recruiting.
• Strong internet research and candidate-search skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Capable of high-volume candidate profile management in a remote setting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Search Indeed, FactoryFix, LinkedIn, ATS, resume databases for candidates.
• Review resumes and profiles against job requirements.
• Identify candidates meeting skilled-trade experience requirements.
• Conduct Boolean, keyword, location, title, and skill searches to uncover candidates.
• Re-evaluate previous applicants and existing databases.
• Organize qualified candidates into pipelines and stages.
• Provide recruiters with a steady flow of candidates for outreach.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and dispositions.
• Track sourcing activity and adapt search criteria as needed.
