The role emphasizes building strong relationships, managing candidate pipelines with an ATS, and sourcing candidates via social media, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed, while coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth pre-employment process.

Qualifikationen

• Two or more years of experience recruiting passive and active candidates in HR or staffing environments.
• Two or more years of experience recruiting for skilled trades positions preferred.

Aufgaben

• Implement and execute recruitment strategies focused on skilled trades recruitment.
• Maintain posting systems and review candidates; coordinate interview schedules.
• Source passive and active candidates via social media, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other channels.
• Build a diverse talent pipeline to support growth and field operations.
• Utilize ATS to support recruitment and data maintenance.
• Communicate with managers and candidates through all stages of the process; facilitate offers.
• Attend interviews as needed and ensure timely interviewing practices.
• Follow recruitment processes and suggest improvements for the organization.
• Assist with pre-employment procedures and career fair representation.
