Responsibilities

• Provide coaching to supervisors and staff focusing on leadership, communication, reflective practice, and problem-solving.
• Apply trauma-informed, family-centered, and evidence-informed practices within teams.
• Develop coaching plans based on observed gaps and development goals; monitor progress and adjust as needed.
• Collaborate with leadership to align coaching with program goals and implementation science.
