Qualifications

• Education: Ph.D./Psy. D. or LCSW/LCPC. Licensure in Illinois.
• Five years post-graduate experience with the population served and supervisory/managerial experience.
• Direct coaching experience and ability to train staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead hiring, training and retention of the coaching team.
• Oversee program QA process and DCFS requirements.
• Plan didactic trainings and identify resources for staff.
• Review data on coaching activities and outcomes.
• Ensure trauma-informed practices and CQI alignment.
• Coordinate with CWCA/DCFS and stakeholders for trainings.
• Provide supervision across SC Supervisors and coaches.
