Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coach school teams through observations, modeling, rehearsal, and feedback.
• Identify needs using APERS/ALCOT to prioritize improvements.
• Lead Behavior Change Teams to set goals and action plans.
• Train teams to perform functional behavior assessments and develop BIPs.
• Design and deliver workshops, trainings, and online modules.
• Produce implementation guides and instructional materials for schools.
• Support autism statewide initiatives and annual conference planning.

Highlights

• Coaches educators through classroom observations, modeling, rehearsal, and performance feedback
• Conducts APERS and ALCOT assessments to identify school-level implementation needs and priorities
• Facilitates Behavior Change Teams in setting goals and building action plans from assessment data
• Trains multidisciplinary teams to run functional behavior assessments and build behavior intervention plans
• Designs and delivers professional learning through workshops, virtual trainings, and self-paced online modules
• Builds implementation guides, instructional materials, and visual and communication supports for schools
• Helps plan the annual Autism Conference and contributes to statewide technical assistance initiatives
• Pays $6,500-$7,500 a month
