Job summary

You will partner with administrators, deliver trainings, and mentor staff to uphold trauma-informed practices and high-quality family-centered care.

Qualifications

• Five years of post-graduate experience with the population served and supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads hiring, training and retention for the full SC coaching team.
• Provides ongoing training and supervision for new hires for the first year.
• Plans and facilitates didactic training and coordinates with DCFS staff.
• Reviews data related to coaching activities and outcomes.
• Ensures trauma-informed practices and QA reporting.
