itD Tech is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to advance automation for reliable, scalable cloud infrastructure. The role emphasizes hands-on SRE, infrastructure automation, and cloud operations across large environments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or related roles.
• Experience developing infrastructure automation with Ansible.
• Ruby programming and automated tests (RSpec or similar).
• Linux-based systems and distributed infrastructure troubleshooting.
• CI/CD pipelines design and maintenance, GitLab CI experience.
• Experience supporting large-scale, multi-system environments.
• US work eligibility; FedRAMP project work requirement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain infrastructure automation for reliability and scalability.
• Design and enhance CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and tooling.
• Troubleshoot Linux-based infrastructure to ensure high availability.
• Build automation for rapid deployment of cloud environments.
• Collaborate with teams to improve operational efficiency and reliability.
• Monitor performance and implement scalability improvements.
• Contribute to best practices for cloud platform operations.
