Job summary

Multi Media, LLC is seeking a remote Site Reliability Engineer to elevate our cloud‑based infrastructure, boost resilience, and optimize system performance. We hire across levels, from intermediate engineers to senior staff who can lead reliability strategy across systems and teams.

You will analyze performance, improve scalability, automate the DevOps pipeline, and design infrastructure for data centers and public cloud, while collaborating with multiple engineering groups to ensure uptime for

Qualifications

STEM degree and/or relevant experience as a Site Reliability Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or SWE.
Proficiency in Python or Golang; other languages accepted.
Experience running Web applications at scale.
Experience with Linux administration and networking concepts.
Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Helm.

Responsibilities

Analyze system performance using APM and telemetry to identify instability sources.
Improve scalability and reliability through software enhancements and patching.
Develop tools and automation to streamline the DevOps pipeline.
Design and manage infrastructure in data centers and public cloud.
Conduct predictive failure analysis and disaster planning.
Administer and configure databases and key-value stores for uptime and performance.
Analyze complex systems to minimize downtime.
Participate in incident response and postmortems.
Collaborate with other engineering teams.
