Job summary

Partnerize is seeking an SRE to join the Technical Operations team. You will build and maintain infrastructure, ensure availability, and drive automation across platforms. The role emphasizes reliability, scalability, and collaboration with development and IT functions.

You will work with Linux systems, databases, and cloud services, contributing to capacity planning and continuous improvement while participating in on-call rotations and incident management.

Qualifications

• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis).
• Scripting skills in Python, Bash, PHP.
• Automation/deployment tooling (Ansible, Docker, Terraform).
• Familiarity with AWS and cloud services.
• Linux system administration and troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to document learnings and work in a team.
• Experience maintaining infrastructure and incident response.
• Proactive identification of problems and bottlenecks.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary operational support and engineering for multiple large, distributed software applications.
• Measure and optimise system performance, driving reliability and scale.
• Build software and systems to manage platform infrastructure and applications.
• Improve reliability and time-to-market of software solutions.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve services via testing and release processes.
• Participate in system design, platform management, and capacity planning.
• Work with tech teams to ensure issues and projects are well-managed.
• Deliver technical projects promptly, handle escalations during incidents.
• Drive continuous improvement, delivery, and integration.
• Participate in the On-Call Rotation.
